These terms apply to your access to and use of the stamplx.com website (the “Site”). They do not apply to the Stamplx mobile app, which will carry its own terms of service when it launches publicly.

Stamplx is currently in development and testing. The product features, roadmap and estimated prices shown on this Site are for reference only and do not constitute a legally binding offer of service. We reserve the right to adjust product specifications and pricing at any time.

Submitting the demo request form is an expression of interest only and does not constitute a formal commercial contract. Participation during the trial period is entirely free of charge, and either side may end the arrangement at any time.

All content contained on this Site (including but not limited to text, logos, UI design, the product film and the “Stamplx” brand name) belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be copied or republished for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Media coverage and non-commercial quotation are welcome, provided the source is credited.

The content of this Site is provided “as is”. We work to keep the information accurate and the system stable, but we do not guarantee that the Site will run without interruption or that its content is entirely free of error.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and construed in accordance with them.
