01What is Stamplx?
Stamplx is a digital stamp and loyalty platform built for Hong Kong's small shops. Customers collect stamps from every participating shop in one app; the shop sets up in 5 minutes with zero hardware and no POS integration — and finally sees who its regulars are.
02What does the pilot offer cover?
The first founding merchants get 3 months free, and slots are limited. During the trial we set your shop up with you in person, and your feedback directly shapes what gets built next.
03Do I need hardware or a POS connection?
None. Any phone will do: you scan the customer's dynamic QR code with it. Nothing to install at the counter, no systems to connect.
04Do customers need an app for every shop?
No. Stamplx works across shops — customers keep the stamp cards of every participating shop in one app, instead of downloading a new one at each shop.
05How are stamps issued?
You set your stamp rule in advance (for example, 1 stamp per $50). The customer shows a dynamic QR code, you scan it, and the system calculates and issues the stamp automatically — about 2 seconds end to end. The rotating code also rules out screenshot cheating.
06What data do I get, and how is privacy handled?
Every scan writes to that customer's own record, so you can see who your active regulars are, who is new and who is drifting away, and send offers accordingly. All data is stored encrypted, only the team can access it, and we never sell customer or merchant data.
