Privacy Policy

This policy covers stamplx.com, our marketing website. The Stamplx mobile apps are separate products and will carry their own policy when they launch publicly.

Stamplx is operated from Hong Kong and handles personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

Only what you type into the demo request form: your shop name, your name, a Hong Kong phone number, optionally an email address, and any note you choose to add. We also record which language you submitted in, and the time of submission.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

To contact you about your demo request, and for no other purpose. If you ask us not to contact you again, we will stop.

In a managed Postgres database and in the team's email inboxes. Only members of the team have access.

Until the pilot ends or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Under the PDPO you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email getstample@gmail.com and we will respond within 40 days, as the Ordinance requires.

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. If you press play on the product film, YouTube may set its own cookies — we use their no-cookie player domain to reduce that, but the film is served by YouTube and their terms apply.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
